Event Details - What's New for 2009 - Pricing
 

Event Details

  • Location:  Amador County Fairgrounds, Plymouth, CA (40 miles from Sacramento, 12 miles from Jackson on Highway 49)
  • Dates:  June 5-6, 2009 (BBQ & Bluegrass For Cancer Friday evening & Full Expo events on Saturday)
  • June 5th includes the BBQ & Bluegrass for  Cancer, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
  • Full Expo Events on Saturday, 10:00 am–8:00 pm
  • Number of years event has been held: This is the fourth annual event.
  • Approximate number of spectators: 4,000-4,500 (Attendee history: 2006 - approximately 2,000; 2007 - approximately 3400, 2008 - approximately 3200.  2008 unveiled new location and was held same weekend as the races in Prairie City, cutting attendance.  No competitive events on 2009 Expo dates).)

What’s New for 2009

  • Expo includes BBQ & Bluegrass for Cancer on Friday evening
  • Expo closes Saturday at 8:00 pm
  • Revised exhibitor plans (outside space only - see attached)
  • New marketing campaign that includes mailings to over 9,000 motorcycle enthusiasts, popular magazines and newspapers
  • All this plus live music, stunt shows, fast 50s racing, motorcycle demolition derby, burn-out contests, ride-in bike show, clinics, on-site camping, special guests, and more! 
  • Most vendors can camp behind their vendor space!
  • Credit Cards now accepted through PayPay!

Pricing:

  • $150 per 10 X 10, discounts for larger spaces.  Fee includes Friday night special event and Saturday Expo.  (See attached schematic for pricing.  Additional fee for electrical usage - $10.   No additional fees for corners – first come, first serve) A $25 or more raffle prize also required.  100% of raffle proceeds to go to local Amador cancer organizations.  $25 per night for RV camping behind most vendor spots - tent camping for vendors -  free!)  (Limited RV spaces with electrical & water in general camping area - $40 per night)
